John Hunter, Executive Director of the Tuscola County Community Foundation, is pleased to announce TCCF is offering the Ralph & Marceline Bublitz Scholarship for Registered Nurses. One (1) $1,000 scholarship is available to be awarded to a student graduating from a school in the Tuscola Intermediate School District in the past 5 years. Applicants must currently be enrolled in either Delta Community College or Saginaw Valley State University and accepted to the Registered Nurse/School of Nursing program. The scholarship award is distributed directly to the post-secondary institution.
